By accessing the cd44c platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all products offered by cd44c, including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slots, virtual sports, and any other gaming or wagering products that may be added to the platform in the future. Use of any single product constitutes acceptance of these Terms across all products.

1.1 Governing Agreement

2.1 Age Verification

3.1 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and to keep that information updated throughout the duration of your account. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cd44c will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your password. You must notify cd44c support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected compromise of your account security.

• Do not share your username or password with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not access your cd44c account from shared or public devices unless you are certain you can log out completely and securely.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP where available — this is strongly recommended.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms or services.

3.3 Account Transfers

Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise make available your cd44c account or any balance therein to any other person. Any attempt to do so constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent closure of the account.

All financial transactions on cd44c are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not apply currency conversion charges. 4.1 Deposit Processing

These rules are displayed on the relevant betting market page and form part of these Terms by reference. In all cases, the decision of cd44c's trading team regarding the settlement of bets is final.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

cd44c reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict any bet at its discretion without providing a reason. This includes bets placed on markets where the odds have been generated in error, bets that appear to be the result of access to privileged information, and bets that fall outside the platform's acceptable risk parameters.

5.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void under the following circumstances:

• The market is suspended before the bet is fully confirmed in the system.
• An event is cancelled, postponed beyond the platform's rescheduling window (typically 24 hours), or abandoned without a result.
• Odds were published due to a manifest error (a clear and obvious pricing mistake).
• The bet involves a participant who is confirmed as non-participating prior to the start of the event.

When a bet is declared void, the stake is returned to the player's account in full. Void selections within an accumulator are treated as non-runners and the accumulator is resettled accordingly.

5.3 Live Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the real-time availability of the market. cd44c uses automated systems to suspend markets during critical match moments. In the event of a technical delay between the live event and the platform's data feed, any bets accepted during that delay period on a market that was already effectively closed at source may be voided at the discretion of the trading team.

5.4 Cricket-Specific Rules

For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series, and all other cricket markets, the following rules apply: match winner markets require a minimum of 90% of scheduled overs to be completed for a result to stand, unless a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) calculation has been officially applied. Individual player performance markets (runs scored, wickets taken) require the player to have participated in the match for the market to be settled; if a player does not bat or bowl as applicable, the bet is void.

cd44c offers various promotional incentives including deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer at the time it is made available. These Terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying bets before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable real-money funds. Only bets placed at odds of 1.50 or greater count toward bonus wagering requirements, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Casino slot bets may contribute a different percentage toward wagering than sportsbook bets — the specific contribution rate is stated in each promotion's terms.

6.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period, stated at the time of issue, within which the wagering requirement must be completed. 6.3 Anti-Abuse Policy

Where bonus abuse is identified, cd44c reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, and to permanently close the account without further notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cd44c platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where the conduct may constitute a criminal offence.

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder proceeds of crime or to conduct any fraudulent transaction is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access data, or interact with the platform in any way not sanctioned by cd44c.
• Exploiting Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or system bugs to derive an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of an error are not withdrawable and will be voided.
• Match Manipulation: Placing bets on events where you have any involvement in the outcome, or where you have received insider information regarding the likely outcome.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with your payment provider after funds have been credited to your cd44c account and used for wagering.
• Impersonation: Accessing or attempting to access another player's account, or representing yourself as another person in any communication with cd44c.

cd44c reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected underage use, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period, and account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the voluntary closure of your cd44c account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal conditions. Bonus balances and wagering-requirement-encumbered funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure if wagering requirements have not been met.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is causing them harm may request a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. 8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. cd44c will attempt to notify the account holder at their registered email address before applying a dormancy fee of ৳200 per month to the account balance to cover administrative costs. If the real-money balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting the support team, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cd44c shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of winnings resulting from technical failures, interruptions, or errors. cd44c's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.5 Amendments to These Terms

cd44c reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the platform or to the registered email address on your account. Your continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.
